Meaning volcano in Japanese, Kazan is an upscale Japanese steakhouse specializing in flavorful Japanese inspired dishes as well as featuring a menu of steak & seafood brought to the table for “lava stone” cooking. My mission was to create a brand that reflects a modern, simplistic, and elegance for an upscale dining atmosphere that is also Japanese inspired.
